For those who do not know what antipasti is…well I always call it as the the excuse to extend a nice dinner (if the company is worth extending it of course…!). When this is case.. I always open a bottle (or two) of a good red wine and I prepare 2 platters full of Italian goodies: prosciutto ham topped with arugula, bruschetta with fresh tomato, olive oil, garlic and basil, grilled Zucchini and bell peppers, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
But hey!! You gotta be careful and keep some space in your belly as the main dish (most probably fresh pasta) is about to arrive!
